SHIPPING INFO
Delivery Time
As I am constantly traveling, printing, signing and shipping your artwork may take a little extra time. While orders are often processed within a month, I guarantee delivery within 3 months to allow for the coordination required.
Express Shipping
If you need your artwork urgently, express delivery can potentially be arranged. Please contact me directly, and I will do my best to accommodate your request.
Thank you for your patience and understanding—it allows me to maintain the quality and sustainability that are at the heart of my work.
RETURN POLICY
As I travel and live a minimalistic life, I don’t have a physical studio or location to process returns. This lifestyle allows me to focus on creating art that reflects the beauty and simplicity of life, but it also means I am unable to accept returns. I appreciate your understanding.
Because each piece of my art is a limited edition, signed, and numbered, returns are only accepted in the rare case of damage or defects upon delivery. To protect the value and quality of your purchase, please follow these steps:
- Inspect the Package Upon Delivery: Before signing for the delivery, carefully inspect the package for any visible damage. If the packaging shows significant damage or you suspect the artwork may have been affected, ask the delivery person to wait while you open the package to confirm the condition of the artwork.
- Do Not Accept Damaged Items: If the artwork is damaged, do not sign for or accept the package. Instead, inform the delivery service immediately and contact me with photos of the damage. I will work with you to arrange a replacement.
- Report Issues Immediately: If damage is discovered after accepting the package, please contact me within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the artwork and packaging so we can determine the best course of action.
REPLACEMENT POLICY
In the rare case of damage during shipping, I will arrange for a replacement piece of the same edition to be delivered to you at no additional cost. Refunds are not provided, as each piece is created as part of a limited edition, ensuring its value and exclusivity.
Thank you for your understanding and for supporting not only my work but also my journey. Together, let’s create the change we want to see in the world.
