Only six months before I took this image, this land was a lush rainforest. But today, it's been transformed into a lemon grass field. Why? Because apparently, the demand for lemon grass massage oil in Europe is more important than preserving our planet's natural resources. But hey, at least those who can afford it can enjoy gentle touch. And as a bonus, the towering trees that used to provide homes for countless species have been chopped down and turned into plywood for anyone who needs a new kitchen or balcony. Isn't progress just wonderful?
